The governmnent of Azerbaijan has restricted movement for Georgian citizens at the Lagodekhi section of the Georgia-Azerbaijan border. Azerbaijan authorities said that the official reason for this facts is an activation of the law as per which cars manufactured prior to 2004 are not permitted to enter their country.
