Due to heavy snowfall on the highway of Mtskheta-Stefantsminda-Larsi section Pasanauri-Mleta-Gudauri-Kobi road movement is prohibited for all kind of vehicles.

Road movement is also prohibited on the highway of Akhaltsikhe-Ninotsminda (border of Armenia) section 90-112km (border of Ninotsmina-Armenia).

There are some restrictions for heavy vehicles in western Georgia as well, namely on Kutaisi-Tkibuli-Ambrolauri section.
